Giving Tuesday

Schechter students spent the day yesterday giving back to people in our community as part of Giving Tuesday. Two local television stations were so interested in our efforts that they sent reporters to tell our story! Please take a look at these links below to see yesterday's coverage on the news.

The students made sandwiches and stuffed animals that were donated to the South Park Inn; baked cookies for West Hartford Police and Fire Departments; created inspirational plaques for teens in need; made nutritious dog treats for animals in foster care; baked loaves of bread that will be brought to the House of Bread; made place mats to be delivered with Meals on Wheels, and more! We are proud of their giving spirits!
